We recently stayed at the Chen for a family occasion and had a pleasant experience. the staff were accommodating, especially when we needed to switch rooms due to an odd smell in the first one. the spacious studio deluxe was equipped with a kitchenette and the decor was modern. we appreciated the clean facilities and the comfort of the king bed. the location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby.

clean hotel in a beautifully presented building so close to train station, the zero mode restaurant and very close to plaza. what a pleasant and truly wonderful staff! huge, unique units provided with comfortable bed as well as a balcony. plenty of yummy options for meal. the location marvellous close to shops and transport.

It looked stunning and spacious, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. the cleanliness and tidiness of the space made me feel at home, allowing for a relaxing experience.

I did notice a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally lagged in speed.

Nice service and the food is different. The rooms are trendy, great and magnificent location. Location just off supermarket, train station, trams, buses, shopping centre and good cafes, train station and restaurant below and Very close to plaza.

We recently stayed for one night at an excellent hotel while attending a family birthday party nearby. The room was clean, modern, and offered a super comfy king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. We loved the rooftop garden area with stunning views, and the kitchenette was a fantastic bonus for making quick meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any issues we had. Convenient parking and a good café with delicious breakfast options added to the overall great experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and the pool area was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with 2 beds. The service was friendly during all our very positive stay.

The parking situation was such a hassle; we had to navigate through different levels just to find a spot. The confusing entrances and lack of clear signs made it frustrating, especially when lugging our bags around. Not impressed at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely bathroom products that enhanced our experience. The location was perfect for exploring, and we had a great time enjoying the rooftop BBQ with friends, surrounded by a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Olivia, who helped us get everything set up. the gym facilities were impressive, equipped with great gear.
